The rating of the governmental weight (government's ability index) in 161 surveyed countries in year 2016
IIKSS - The GW index or the government's ability index consists of three main variables: the index of budget per capita, the index of concentration of power and the index of government stability. In fact, the government's ability index combines the economic, political and security ability of the country.
We can say that the higher this index, the more favorable are such issues as ensuring security, welfare and livelihoods and the economic power of the government will be higher. Generally, countries with lower index suffer from corruption.
