The shadow of the government of the Russians be continued (analysis of the stability index of the government of the Russian Federation)

IIKSS- In the process of analyzing the survival, duration and stability of the government in modern times, it is necessary to understand that instability of the government (or a low index of stability of the government) shows low ability of the population and government to resolve the political, economic and social crisis. Accordingly, in countries where the government stability index is low, states are forced to use more authority in establishing stability. Because the connection between the population and the government in such governments cannot be considered fundamental and comprehensive.

In this regard, it should be noted that the Russians have a government with a life of 26 years (1991-2017) and a government stability index 6.79 of 100. We consider the Westphalian peace treaty as the basis of this index, because since that time the state-country was recognized in the modern sense and began its legal and political life. Of course, we must admit that the Russian government stability index in comparison with the rival countries (such as the United Kingdom, the United States of America, France and most of the Western countries) is low. This can be considered a serious drawback for Russian government, because the high stability index of each country shows the long-term interaction of the population with the government. The long-term coexistence of population and government will lead to political stability, economic stability, regulation of bureaucratic apparatus and cultural stability. Accordingly, the shorter the life of the government, it is natural that this lack of political experience will lead to confusion in its political behaviors.

Accordingly, we need to stay and see how the Russians continue to rule over their current population and overcome current and future crises.
