The index of budget per capita and its effect on the political weight and government weight of the Russian Federation. Are recent problems and further events in Russia abnormal?

IIKSS - Russia is currently significantly struggling with political problems, with economic consequences and if a solution is not found for these problems, this country will suffer their consequences with great difficulty. Therefore, it is likely that the Russians will take more stringent and rigorous measures to manage the crisis, which in reality will not solve the problem. Or they will carry out serious economic reforms, that the conduct of which in the current situation will be very difficult. Of course, the Russians like in previous years can make a deal with West, which certainly causes other kinds of problems, because experience has shown that any deal with the West only caused the Russians to buy a little time and transfer their real problems to the future.

The Russians need production, development of industries and their export, and also for a reliable consumer market they demand development of industries. In this regard, it is natural that the European market, which is itself a major producer, cannot be considered a significant consumer market. In the current situation, Central Asia, India and above all, Iran, Iraq and Syria are the most accessible and practical regions and countries. It may be good that the Russians for the first time will experience deal with Iran. Perhaps the keys to closed economic doors are in Central Asia, India and Iran.
