IIKSS - The delegations of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan on December 8-9 met in Tashkent to discuss proposals on strengthening water cooperation, reported the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry.
Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources of Uzbekistan Shavkat Hamrayev and Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan Erlan Nysanbayev headed the delegations.
The meeting was held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere. The sides discussed implementation of the agreements reached during the recent Uzbek-Kazakh talks at the high level and signed the relevant protocol.
The next working meeting of the two countries will be held in Kazakhstan.
